URBANotp not running because of an error with "multipart/post"

My ladybug tools is 1.8.76, but still have this problem.

Sorry for the late response but this issue is not related to the one that you posted it on so I missed seeing it at first and I moved it to a new topic.

I believe this issue should be solved in the latest development version of LBT (1.8.99), which now uses URBANopt CLI 1.0.1. The error results from dependencies within URBANopt not being compatible with one another.

If using the latest LBT and URBANopt version does not fix it, then I am fairly confident that you should not have this problem if you use the LBT 1.8 stable release along with URBANopt 0.11.1 as noted in the copatibility matrix.
