UTCI Temperature Map – Missing CSV File (Only .npy Available)

Hi everyone,

I’m running a UTCI simulation on my model, and everything seems to be working fine—up until I try to visualize the UTCI temperature map (HB read thermal matrix) . At that point, I receive an error stating that the component cannot find the CSV file for the sensor grids inside the temperature folder of the simulation results’s file.

When I navigate to the specified folder, I do see a file with the same name, but it’s in .npy format instead of .csv.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? Should the component be reading the .npy file instead, or is there something I need to configure or convert to generate the required .csv file?

Hi @Mahsa.Goli and welcome to the forum.

Try to update your core libraries. You can do this by running LB Versioner, and then restart Rhino.

Thank you @mikkel , I’ve updated the lbtools & open studio both, and now it works!
