Variation in U value

Hello all,
I just came across an odd behaviour of LBT displaying U value of construction.
When I created a wall manually the output U value remained 2.165 w/m2k (marked red).

While when displaying U value on the 3d model using HB label faces value changes (increase in u value).

What I am guessing is that while creating a construction the U value displaying, accounts resistance of air films while in label surface component it is not.
Can someone clarify this to be true?

When using ‘ColorFaceAttributes’ you can select both U factor and U value.
They are different by slight margin and I also suppose that this is the “entry” and “exit” resistance of surface:

@ae thanks. So U factor takes air film into considertion and u value doesnt?
