Ventilation per area and ventilation per person standards

Hi all,
what is the standard value for ventilation per area and ventilation per person for a residential unit (duplex house 110 m2)? the component says (ventilationPerArea), typical values range from 0.0002 m3/s-m2 for lightly-occupied houses to 0.0025 … and for VentilationPerPerson is each one at least 0.001 m3/s.

First, I want to ask if anyone can send me a link to these standards?

Second, I put 0.0003 for ventilationPerArea and 0.0024 for VentilationPerPerson, whether these values logical?
