Vertex size mismatch between base surface and outside boundary surface

Hi! I have an error in my energy simulation. It says :

  1. The simulation has not run correctly because of this severe error:
    ** Severe ** RoofCeiling:Detailed="", Vertex size mismatch between base surface : and outside boundary surface:

I split the roof surfaces but it still gives me the same error. Can someone please help me?
