What are the default zone program loads based on?

Hi all,

Does anyone know where the default load assumptions come from? For example, if I used the built-in PrimarySchool::Classroom zone program and hook it up to the getEPLoads component, I see that Honeybee assumes that the zone has around 0.25 people per area.

Is this from EnergyPlus or just Honeybee, and what data are these assumptions based on?

You can download their master excel file from here:

They are also available in JSON. As you probably know you can overwrite all those values to fit your needs.
