When running REopt i get the error 1. Solution exception:expected string, got NoneType

Hello,
I am currently running a simulation for a district with 184 buildings using URBANOpt and everything worked until i tried running REopt now i keep getting the error

  1. Solution exception:expected string, got NoneType

    and i’m not sure how to fix it.

Hi @Heba1 ,

Sorry for the late response. The output from URBANopt there is telling you that the EnergyPlus simulation failed to run for essentially all of your buildings. I recommend opening one of the EnergyPlus .err files to see why the simulation failed. You can find one of them at:

D:\Wadisaqra\run\honeybee_scenario\Hospital1\villa\eplusout.err
