For example, the temperature parameters of natural ventilation need to be set according to the air conditioning temperature
If cooling and heating setpoints are above and below nat vent setpoints there shouldn’t be.
To ensure that there is no conflict I would set your coolingSetPt a bit higher than the max indoor temp for nat vent.
I would also check the default cooling and heating setbacks to make sure they are higher and lower than ventilation setpoints.
I would always double check with some ventilation checks on your energy model. You could also use the really great ventilation report reporting measure which NREL has created.
