One for the radiant floor loop and one for the doas airloop.

Excuse me, is this kind of system mostly used for tall space?For example, the convention center and the gymnasium?
For gymnasiums sometimes they use radiant ceiling pannels in combination with DOAS (mostly because the flooring material is not very conductiv). In other cases it depends on the user conditions. Floor heating is a very slow system, so you do not want to have to much temperature difference during the day. If a room is occupied for just a few hours a week you can better use an airsystem with reheat.
