Why is the Geometry coordinate in Rhino affecting the PMV comfort map simulation..!

Hi everyone

I used to run the PMV simulation with no issues, but this time, I’m using the new Ladybug tool 1.3.0, and I’m having a problem with geometry coordinates. As you can see in the picture, the 0,0 coordinate in the Rhino scene seems to affect the result, which is not supposed to do that, I believe. Also, it doesn’t matter how I set up the analysis period. The 0,0 coordinate has driven the simulation. The sun seems directed to 0,0 coordinate.

Is this an issue, or did I set up my file wrong…!
And how to fix it to produce reliable data to mater where is the building in the scene…?

Thank you so much, and sorry I could not attach my file because I’m a new user

This is a screenshot of my Grasshopper definition.

Thank you all

I think I figured out the issue. My model was in feet in rhino which I believe created an enormous model that goes beyond the simulation scope around the 0,0 coordinate. The red color in my previous simulation represents the simulation scope or, let’s say, . I did convert the units to meters, so the issue is fixed by reducing the overall geometry dimension.

This’s my theory, and I’m not sure if my interpretation is right or wrong.
If you know the actual explanation, please let us know.

Thanks

Yes, I’m sorry about this. There is a bug in the comfort maps that I just fixed in the latest development version of the plugin. It only affects Rhino models that are not in Meters. You can get the fix on your end now by running the “LB Versioner” component. Alternatively, converting the model to meters is another way to fix this if you don’t want to run the Versioner.

Thank you for your clarification and time
