Win32Exception Error in HB Model to OSM When Running Official Examples

When running official Dragonfly example files, the HB Model to OSM component throws `Runtime error (Win32Exception): WindowsError on my laptop. However, the same files work normally on other computers, which confirms the issue is specific to my laptop’s system configuration, not the software or files themselves.

I’ve searched similar posts in the forum and tried the suggested solutions, but none of them worked for me.

My system: Rhino 8.21, Ladybug Tools 1.9 (Pollination installer), Windows 11.

Do I need to reinstall Windows, or is there a simpler fix? thanks

This issue was actually fixed 10 days ago, sorry for forgetting to update the thread.

It was resolved after the Windows11 automatic update, without the need to reinstall the system. Also, this problem can be addressed by adjusting the ‘Number of processors’ setting within msconfig.
