Wind rose appear to be wrong

Hi,
I was trying to see the wind rose but the result direction seems very wrong.
The wind should mainly comes from the North in winter in Taiwan.
However, the ladybug result mainly comes from the east which is very odd (Windrose2):

This is the wind rose from Autodesk.

I don’t really know why the wind rose direction would have this much difference?
The result shows mainly from the east but it should be mainly from the North.
Did I set something really wrong?
Please help…

Autodesk is most likely using a different weather data set. The weather file from DOE website is showing the most of the wind is coming from east. I checked the same epw file in epwvis interface and it gives me a similar windrose: https://mdahlhausen.github.io/epwvis/
