Window extrude direction

Hello I have some question about ladybug.

1. I tried to make the depth of the wall by extruding the window. But the direction is different. What should I do when I want the direction to be all in or out
   

   

2. I used HB visualize wireframe and colour swatch, and I want to set the color of the frame to black. But there still red. What shoud I do?

Your workflow is not the right one. You must assign the apertures to the room/faces BEFORE the wall depth, like so:
