I am very sorry for late response. I am at the end of my doctoral studies and wrapping up the necessary stuff first.
The issue I observed in your case is the route you took for energy modeling. While Validate Model component doesnt show any errors in your system, my system shows the following .
I dont think it is possible with “HB Properties by Guide Surface” component to set
the sharing walls of the main building model to “NoSun” and “NoWind”, like we usually do in IDF editor. This can help you avoid the modeling Room with faces.
