Bug on the ImportEPW component?

Dear @chris , I think there is a small bug in the ImportEPW component (or on the xData component).

Checking the data from the epw, the first value is always the one that should actually be the value of the last hour of the year from the weather file.

I tested with multiple Weather data

I am trying to align some calculations, and getting tripped up by the way Ladybug handles analysis-periods relative to the EPW data?
