Cannot run UrbanOpt engine in the DragonFly workbench

Hello
I am trying to simulate some simple building using UrbanOpt engine in the DragonFly. However I have the following error message:

  1. Solution exception:The URBANopt simulation failed to run.
    No results were found at:
    C:\Users\bmohs\simulation\DFModeling\run\honeybee_scenario

I have the following files created in the simulation directory:
.bundle
hb_json
mappers
DFModeling.geojson
Gemfile
Gemfile.lock
honeybee_scenario.csv
run_simulation.bat
runner.conf
simulation_parameter.json

Can you kindly let me know what the problem is and how I can tackle the challenge?

Hi @behnammmohseni ,

Sorry for the late response here. What is the error that you get from URBANopt after running the LB Versioner? Is it exactly the same as it was before? Also, did you try manually deleting the project folder before opening the Grasshopper definition. That may be necessary in order to clear out the old ruby gems with the bug.

If none of that fixes the issue, can you open a command prompt type the following, then hit “Enter”

C:\Users\bmohs\simulation\DFModeling\run_simulation.bat

Then, send me a screenshot of what you get. That should enable me to see the real error.
