Connecting skylights

Hello, I want to perform a daylight analysis using Honeybee Radiance. I have a Rhino 8 model, which has a zig-zag shape roof with skylights following that geometry. I was trying to connect it with HB Aperture component, but it cannot recognize the skylights. Please if someone knows how to fix this, I would really appreciate it! Thanks
This is the error I get: 1. The following sub-faces were not matched with any parent Face:

But looking at your model it looks like there are windows touching the edges of the Brep, which also is invalid. I can’t remember if curved/circular geometry is allowed or not, I know at one point it wasn’t supported and that still may be the case.
each of the above instances will cause the face to not ajoin with the parent face
for instance windows touching eachother, and touching edges:

I hope that helps
