DAYSIM website for download is not available; how to install DAYSIM 4?

Hey guys, I am trying to install DAYSIM 4 from http://daysim.ning.com but it goes to http://daysim.ning.com/main/index/locked and says we are under maintenance and it has been 4 weeks. Where can I download it?
