I opened the sample file “shoe_box_energy_model”, and ran the simulate by press the openstudio module’s “run&write” false to true, but I got no sql result after a dos windows workout, what is the problem with my operation? My ladybug vision is 1.4 and my rhino vision is 6 SR11.I have already downloaded and installed openstudio 3.3.0 and openstudio app 1.3.1 from ladybug’s github wiki page.

and I ran the sample “single_family_energy_model”, got no result too, if there’s any problem with my system or software?
And when I use HB vision checks, it becomes red, and report “1. Solution exception:index out of range: 1”
That’s a really old version of Rhino. Can you update to a later SR of Rhino 6?
I’ve tried, it didn’t work either. Finally I found that it is windows7 don’t support for ladybug 1.4, I updated my computer to windows 10 then it works well
Who told you that? Ladybug Tools should run perfectly well on Windows 7 as long as you’re it’s set up correctly with the latest version of Rhino 6 or Rhino 7. Could you have been using a 32-bit version of Windows 7? If so, that could explain the issue.
