There is a problem. why this simulation (HB Add surface) has an error in the model?

Hello @zahrashirzadnia!
So the error is 1. The following sub-faces were not matched with any parent Face:.
This occurs usually when

  1. the window is not touching the surface
  2. the window is touching the edge of the parent surface
  3. the window is covering parts of multiple zones

I’d check those things and see if it helps.
