Honeybee OpenStudioModelCorePINVOKE

Hi all,

I am having a difficult time to resolve an error, and hoping you can provide some guidance in resolving this.
Currently, I am using grasshopper to run the energy simulation with a component called “Honeybee_Export to Open Studio”, and I encounter an error when I run the stimulation. The error reads as below:
Runtime error (TypeInitialzationException): The type initialization for ‘OpenStudio.OpenStudioModelCorePINVOKE’ threw an exception.
I have tried using different version of OpenStudio (3.0.1 & 2.5), but did not have any luck with that.

It seems this problem appears in C# previously, but is there a way to solve it in grasshopper?

My version of honeybee is 0.0.66

How to get Honeybee Legacy working with OpenStudio 3.0

Hello all, I just wanted to announce that we have gotten the latest version of Honeybee legacy (July 06, 2020) to work with OpenStudio 3.0 but, because NREL released OpenStudio 3.0.0 and 3.0.1 with a small error in their C# bindings, there’s one extra step that you will need to do if you want to use honeybee with OpenStudio 3.0.
