We are just starting to make official video tutorials for the LBT plugin and it will be some time before we have any type of THERM functionality in the LBT plugin. @ella THERM is not a dynamic solver, its primarily a steady-state 2d heat transfer analysis tool but it does not perform dynamic ( time-dependent) simulations like you described above.

@Alakelele The move here is to install the legacy plugin and use the old school therm tools you should use it on rhino 6 I believe, there are not new 1.9 THERM tools Best -Trevor

No new tool so far, the Ladybug team has been very responsive to suggestions.
