Hi, I am receiving the following error while running the PMV comfort map sample file. I checked old topic about similar error and I used LB versioner but, it didn’t work. Can anyone please help me out. I would recommend completely uninstalling ladybug tools and all dependencies, Radiance OpenStudio E+, removing all folders from C drive and all components from the grasshopper folders.

Once you’re sure that everything has been removed reinstall using the Pollination Grasshopper One Click installer and try again.
